No equipment is needed, just your body weight. The entire workout takes around 15 minutes. Keep in mind completion times may vary. What’s important is to listen to your body, go at your own pace and try to keep your heart rate up for your age range and fitness level.
Circuit, Water, Repeat Three Times
Depending on your health and fitness level do these seven exercises one after another, 40 seconds each with no rest in between. Remember to keep water nearby and to turn on your favorite playlist before you begin, to stay motivated.
Repeat the circuit a total of three times, with one minute of rest in between each circuit. Each circuit takes an average workout time of five minutes. What’s key to remember is to complete as much as you can or the entire workout free from respiratory, or heart pain or discomfort.
